Monica Sala (MSc.)
With over 30 years’ experience, including more than 15 years running an established online practice, I take a trauma-informed, integrative approach to supporting individual adults navigating relational difficulties, stress, and the impact of past experiences on the present.
Many of us face challenges such as relationship difficulties (including toxic dynamics), trauma and PTSD, abuse, anxiety, depression, stress, and bereavement. If you’re struggling with any of these, or several at once, please know you’re not alone. These issues can often overlap and feel harder to navigate as life’s pressures build.
Through an integrative approach grounded in traditional talking therapy and drawing on Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory, and Transactional Analysis, we explore how conclusions drawn in the past may be shaping coping strategies that have become limiting or stuck. Together, we make sense of them from a fresh perspective and work toward a more compassionate, self-supportive way of being. Alongside this, therapy is tailored to your needs within a framework we define together.
I offer online psychotherapy sessions via a secure, private Zoom room to clients in the UK and worldwide, including expats and internationally mobile professionals, such as those working in NGOs, media, and corporate or creative roles. This work is supported by specialist training in online therapy.
Taking the first step can feel daunting, but you don’t have to have everything figured out to begin.
